7 main sins in the autotest design
Getting started with automation testing is easy. Writing a working autotest is a piece of cake. But how to understand that you are doing everything right? How to understand whether your autotests are useful or it is just a waste of time? What mistakes are most often made when autotests designing and how can they be fixed?
I will tell about this in my talk.
For whom is this talk?
It is for automation engineers, who develop autotests themselves. It is for manual testers, who write scripts for automation. Well, just for everyone interested in automation.
BDSM approach. Do you really understand your project?
When we write test documentation for our project, prioritise specific tasks or even start testing a new application, one could ask the question: where to start? The functionality of the applications is growing and becoming more complex, and it is increasingly difficult to separate the main and the secondary things, apples and oranges. How to most effectively find the primary goal of the project, study it, what main functionality to allocate, write in the documentation and finally test it - my BDSM approach will tell about it.
The blockchain is not so terrible as it is painted. QA mind
The blockсhain is the technology of the future. It increasingly affects various areas of activity, from finance to medicine. Therefore, there are more and more applications based on the blockchain, and the more often we have the opportunity to test such applications. My talk for those who have not yet started testing the blockchain, but wants to know more about it. In the talk, you will learn about the blockchain technology, about smart contracts and ICO, their features and what tools you should use for testing the blockchain applications.
