Nowadays recruiters more frequently use job(position) profiles to select proper candidate. Usually such profile contains technical requirements and personal characteristics. How to treat technical requirements is pretty clear – desired skills and experience of working on a similar role.
How can we measure and define proper set of “personal characteristics”? There are plenty of various approaches and no “silver bullet”…
