Building BDD in Enterprise. How make to step up and don't be disappointed in the results
Nowadays, the BDD process is a trend in the IT world. But if small product IT companies simply use the BDD process in their work, then for large Enterprise companies with monolithic systems, implementing BDD is like moving a mountain. The main difficulty is the established processes. Processes changing is rather difficult but it is possible.
In my talk, I will tell about the implementation of the BDD process for core (backend) systems and integration projects, the automation of integration processes, and also why, as a result, many people start doubting in the BDD approach and its necessity.
