Здравствуйте! Меня зовут Юлия Ерина. Я руковожу центром компетенции по бизнес-анализу в компании i-Sys Labs.

Помимо организационных задач, связанных с проведением внутренних тренингов, обучения, я уже несколько лет занимаюсь направлением развития тиражируемых продуктов компании. Выступала в качестве ведущего бизнес-аналитика на проектах по разработке продуктовых решений СЭД, портала, Service Desk, электронных архивов и многих других. Также сопровождаю некоторые проекты от момента проведения пресейла до сдачи проекта в промышленную эксплуатацию.


Clinical case in communication with the Customer.

This is a report on the diagnostics, prevention, treatment and prevention of problems in communication with the Customer. We have carried out an experiment by taking two similar projects, whose Project Managers were complete opposites of each other, their approaches being "Clinical carelessness" and "Clinical formalism" respectively. These two projects, by the way, were utterly similar to each other. As a result, we had identified and estimated the events which appear to have direct impact on the probability of risk occurrence, as well as the main features of our characters and how to communicate with them effectively.
