Participation details

Dear visitors!
Participation in the conference is PAID.
Participation cost: 100 000 Belarusian rubles (~ $45).

Participation for speakers and VIP visitors is free.

Participation cost includes admission fee payment, food costs (drinks, coffee-pauses, dinner at a restaurant), a folder with handouts, and also a CD with the theses of reports and conference materials (slides of reports and other materials).

The participation cost does not include accommodation, transfer to the hotel and the conference hall, tours.

Video materials will be ready within a month after the conference and will be accessible on the site.

Interesting reports will be presented at the conference.
During the breaks between the reports there will be coffee-breaks and discussions using flip-charts, and certainly dinner at a restaurant.

Payment procedure

Belarusian citizens who want to visit the conference independently need to pay the payment in a bank. You should pay using the following payment receipt - download.
The contract with the participant (download for acquaintance) will be directly signed at the conference at registration.
Please, to avoid misunderstanding keep the paid receipt to show upon registration

Сompanies planning to send employees to the conference should execute a contract with the organizer. The contract form can be downloaded here.

The payment form (an invoice) for legal entities can be downloaded here.

The payment deadline is November 10, 2008.

Participants from other countries make on-site payment upon registration. Preliminary payment is possible subject to the agreement with the organising committee.
