| Conference format | | | | Registration of participants: from 9-00 till 9-30
The conference starting time: 9-30.
The conference ending time: 18-30 - 19-00.
A report is the original work directly related to the topic of the conference, presented in the form of a 30-40 minutes presentation (including questions from the audience), accompanied by a slides show. The list of reports is defined by the program committee on a competitive basis. After the presentation the speaker continues to answer questions from the audience on a separate flip-chart.
A flip is a short (15 minutes) presentation related the topic of the conference or close to it, with a flip-chart use and felt-tip pens, or by word of mouth without using special means
Such presentations will be performed during the breaks between the main reports.
Any person from among the participants make a presentation using a flip-chart. You should write down the presentation topic and your full name on a separate flip-chart. The conference participants will vote for the topics written down on a flip-chart. Then the program committee defines the time for the presentation which received the majority of votes.
There can be 2 or 3 presenetations at the same time.
Coffee breaks will be held in between the reports, and there wil be dinner at a restaurant at noontime. |
| List of reports | | | | All reports provided to the organizers are reviewed by the program committee. The best works are selected on a competitive basis and then presented by speakers at the conference. The works that failed to receive the approval and the main reports will be included in the printed collection of the conference papers subject to the decision of the program committee and will be distributed among the participants of the conference. |
